Milton Road, Linden Attention: Jason Jones The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be \modified. A A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination \report. identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-905.12). A review fee of$196.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface contamination report Service Request#SR0052018 on September 2007 that has been approved. B.'�A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to the Certificate of Compliance. (San Joaquin County Development"title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of 5196.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of'the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. NOTE: The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is suitahlc li>r septic system usage including a percolation test. stn n
