f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty(20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> In. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The Building Department has reviewed the site plan and project <br /> description and will require the following: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U-3 occupancy to an M/F-1/S-1 <br /> occupancy (UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all <br /> current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and <br /> disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer shall prepare all <br /> documents. A Building Permit shall be required for any proposed alterations or additions. <br /> (2) An occupancy separation of one (1) hour is required to separate the M occupancy from the S- <br /> 1 occupancy if the storage area exceeds 1,000 square feet. <br /> 2. COUNTY SHERIFF <br /> a. If an alarm system is installed within the wine storage building, an alarm permit shall be filed with <br /> the Sheriffs Office. <br /> 3.
