Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> This must be performed prior to issuance of a building permit(s) (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. ' <br /> NOTE: Applicant shall need to demonstrate a sewage design for any bathroom in the proposed <br /> winery expansion in accordance with the Soil Suitability Study. <br /> B. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> NOTE: Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the <br /> proposed winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. <br /> That written acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department <br /> m6/ prior to issuance of building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br /> �11 66 C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> FILE COPY <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
