Phase one to <br /> include the construction of a 3,600 square foot building for the storage of wine and tanks. Phase two to <br /> include the construction of a 5,000 square foot building to be used for crushing pressing and fermentation. <br /> The project is located on the north side of E.Milton Road 2,200 feet west of Escalon-Bellota Road, <br /> Linden. <br /> San Joaquin County is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan(SJMSCP).Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal <br /> endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA). Although participation in the <br /> SJMSCP is voluntary, lead agents should be aware that if project applicants choose against participating <br /> in the SJMSCP,they will be required to provide alternative mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that <br /> provided in the SJMSCP. <br /> Any future structure(s)may require the conversion of Agriculture habitat and as such should condition the <br /> project applicant(s)to participate in the SJMSCP.Prior to receiving building permit a SJMSCP <br /> biological survey must be completed and coverage must be granted. <br /> The project is located within the unmapped land use areas and as per the requirements of the SJMSCP <br /> those projects are subject to case-by-case review by the Habitat Technical Advisory Committee(TAC) <br /> prior to participation. <br /> If you have any questions, please give me a call at(209)468-3913. <br />
