The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$179.44 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Linden area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$238.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 8. Tributaries of Potter Creek pass through the parcel. Therefore, the applicant shall keep these tributaries <br /> free of all obstacles which impede the flow of water and any alteration to these tributaries or any <br /> improvements to the access road bridge will require obtaining a Watercourse Encroachment Permit from <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works.
