A winery does not qualify for the farm <br /> program. If the winery is handling or storing hazardous materials such as gasoline, oil,propane, <br /> compressed gasses, batteries, etc. at threshold reporting quantities (55 gallons liquid, 500 pounds <br /> solid, or 200 cubic feet compressed gas), then the business will be required to complete and <br /> submit a Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) to this office. The business will have <br /> 30 days to complete the HMMP once a hazardous material arrives on site. <br /> If the winery will handle or store an extremely hazardous substance (ammonia, chlorine, sulfur <br /> dioxide, etc) in threshold reporting quantities, then a Risk Management Plan will be required. <br /> Please contact me at(209) 468-3969 if you have any questions. <br /> DF/mb <br />
