CITY OF STOCKTON
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
City Hall • 425 N. This site is within the East Stockton Sanitary Sewer District. The San Joaquin County Public
Works Department should determine if the proposed use will generate sewage beyond the
capacity allowed for t-iis site.
2. The owner/developer should dedicate, as needed within the limits of the project, to provide
a 50' street section (25' half section) on Miner Avenue, as well as Shasta Avenue. Frontage
improvements including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation,
pavement widening and street lighting should be installed prior to occupancy of any new
buildings/structures on this site. Should installation of these improvements prove not practical
due to existing physical constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a Deferred
Improvement Agreement, whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required
improvements at such time as it is practical.
3. Access to "Parcel 1" should be located as far away from the intersection as possible.
4. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications.
We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application.
JAMES B.
