BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material. <br /> (2) Provide parking for the physically disabled.
