ER AVEb1 PA- <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1. 'The owner/developer should dedicate as needed within the limits of the project to <br /> provide a 60' roadway section (30' half section)on Miner Avenue. In addition, frontage <br /> improvements including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation, <br /> appropriate street termination, pavement widening and street lighting should be installed <br /> on Miner Avenue, adjacent the site, prior to occupancy of any new buildings/structures <br /> on this site. Should installation of these improvements prove not practical due to <br /> existing physical constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a Deferred <br /> Improvement Agreement whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required <br /> improvements at such time as it is practical. All off-site improvements shall conform to <br /> City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications. <br /> 2. All vehicle parking and traveled areas should be paved to prevent tracking onto the <br /> public roadway. s <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
