This project is to be located at the
southeast comer of Miner Avenue and Anteros Avenue on the east side of State Route(SR)99,
east of Stockton. The Department has the following comments which supercede those previously
provided on February 28, 2007 and April 5, 2007:
• All water shall be retained on the applicant's property.
• The proposed detention ditch as shown on the plan dated December 28, 2005 shall be
sized to meet San Joaquin County Standards for retention basins. Increased runoff
originating from the Permi.ttee's property to State facilities shall not be allowed, either
directly or by way of the County ditch on Myrtle Avenue.
• The February 2007 Tentative Subdivision Map will need to include a retention ditch and
calculations that show the sizing to meet San Joaquin County Standards for retention
basins. Increased runoff originating from the applicant's property to State facilities shall
not be allowed, either directly or by way of the County ditch on Myrtle Avenue.
• There appears to have been changes made between the site plan dated December 28, 2005
and the Subdivision Map dated February 2007. Please keep in mind that the Department
Encroachment Permit was granted based on the December 28, 2005 site plan. Any
changes or alterations to that plan will need to be reviewed by the Department's
Encroachment Permit Office.
"Calf,'an.,improuos mobilify a"St Calffnrnia""
