k. Terminal drainage shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. Drainage shall be provided by Caltrans. (Development Title Section 9- 1135.2) I. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements Environmental Health and Public Works. Service shall be provided by California Water Service Company. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) m. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works. Service shall be provided by East Stockton Sanitary Sewer District. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) n. A 15-foot-wide easement for the relocated sanitary sewer shall be dedicated on the Final Map. o. An Offer of Dedication of ground water rights on the Final Map is required. p. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An application requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, along with payment of the reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to approval of the Final Map. q. The proposed access gate shall be located to provide adequate stacking distance and a turnaround. The gate plan shall be approved prior to issuance of Building Permit. NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a State NPDES construction permit. 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Amanda Boertien,468-0623) a. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 4, 2005, and updated report dated February 23, 2006, were deemed incomplete. Prior to Finall Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to and approved by Environmental Health. A review fee of$190.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental Health. NOTE: The Surface and Subsurface contamination report shall include all parcels involved in this Major Subdivision application. Parcels 143-350-22 and 23 are not included in the report. b. Written conformation is required from Public Works that improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from Public Works that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) c. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) 5.
