k. Terminal drainage shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the subdivision. Drainage shall be provided by Caltrans. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1135.2) <br /> I. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements Environmental <br /> Health and Public Works. Service shall be provided by California Water Service Company. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> m. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works. Service shall be <br /> provided by East Stockton Sanitary Sewer District. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> n. A 15-foot-wide easement for the relocated sanitary sewer shall be dedicated on the Final Map. <br /> o. An Offer of Dedication of ground water rights on the Final Map is required. <br /> p. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An application requesting the <br /> reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, along with payment of the reapportionment <br /> fee, shall be provided prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> q. The proposed access gate shall be located to provide adequate stacking distance and a <br /> turnaround. The gate plan shall be approved prior to issuance of Building Permit. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Amanda Boertien,468-0623) <br /> a. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 4, 2005, and updated report dated <br /> February 23, 2006, were deemed incomplete. Prior to Finall Map approval, an addendum shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by Environmental Health. A review fee of$190.00 shall be paid at the <br /> time of submittal to Environmental Health. <br /> NOTE: The Surface and Subsurface contamination report shall include all parcels involved in this <br /> Major Subdivision application. Parcels 143-350-22 and 23 are not included in the report. <br /> b. Written conformation is required from Public Works that improvements have been constructed or <br /> financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer required by the <br /> agency. In addition, written confirmation from Public Works that the agency has or will have the <br /> sewer capacity to serve the development is also required. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> c. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required by <br /> the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed development. <br /> Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> 5.
