Mark Madison, Director 111 <br /> SUBJECT: WILL SERVE LETTERS FOR LUCAS DEVELOPMENT, LOCATED AT <br /> AND NEAR THE AREA OF 3708 E MINOR STREET*, STOCKTON, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> I am proposing two (2) small In-Fill Development Projects with a total of seven (7) single- <br /> family homes at the location stated above. Each development has its own Grant Deed, and <br /> therefore we are processing two (2) Minor Subdivision Applications with four (4) homes on <br /> application number 1, and three (3) homes on application number 2. <br /> These sites do not have any septic system. I am therefore requesting permission to convey <br /> discharge from these two (2) Lucas Development projects into the existing sewer main <br /> located on and parallel to the easterly side of the projects' property. <br /> (Please see attached site map). <br /> Please provide the appropriate number of"Will Serve Letters" with the terms and conditions <br /> under which the City of Stockton will grant approval to the Lucas Development LLC to <br /> connect their proposed Lucas Development homes to the City sanitary sewer line. <br /> We appreciate your consideration of this request and look forward to a timely approval.
