Feb 16 06 09: 54a San Joaquin County OES 2099449015 p,7
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES
INCIDENT REPORT 222 E. Weber Ave.,Stockton,CA 95202 (209)468-3962
ADDITIONAL INPORMATION FOR INCIDENT NUMBER- XSJ-01556
OES 5(A. Bentley)responded to a report of waste oil abandonment at the North end of Anteros
near Myrtle Street in Stockton. A 5-gallon plastic bucket without lid was abandoned. The container
was full with a mixture of waste oil, water and trash such as paper towels. A lid was placed on the
container and it was transported by Mike Parissi to the CalTrans holding facility for disposal. A
small amount of ground contamination was evident (less than a half quart). Absorbent was applied
and Environmental Health notified. Since it did not affect a waterway, and the absorbent left no
liquid residue, the soil was left alone.
t,
Page 3
