Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> ✓ 1. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> 2. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> C,I� 01� excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> i 3 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481, A. B. 939 , <br /> and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> V4 - Demolition of all dilapidated structure (s) and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill <br /> site. <br /> 5. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> L/6. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State standards prior to recording <br /> the final map. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
