All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin G <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge <br /> pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San <br /> Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br /> 4 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474. 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> -the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
