Approve Minor Subdivision No. MS-92-169 based on the Findings and subject to the <br /> Conditions of Approval contained In the staff report. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1, The proposed map is consistent with applicable General and Specific Plans. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the application meets the Intent of the owner- <br /> operator homesfte provision of the Planning Title. The owner exerts direct control <br /> over the use, development, and day-to-day operations. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with applicable General and <br /> Specific Plans. <br /> • This Finding can be made because both parcels have the required frontage on <br /> County maintained roads and meet all minimum Improvement requirements. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the proposed lots have sufficient areas to build <br /> residences and septic systems. <br /> 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the proposal meets the density requirements of <br /> the Agriculture General Plan designation. <br /> 5. The design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial <br /> environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this project did not <br /> Identify any rare or endangered species or habitats or other substantial, <br /> environmentally adverse effects. <br /> 6. The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is not likely to cause serious public <br /> health problems. <br /> • <br /> This Finding can be made because the conditions attached to this project by the <br /> Department of !Public Health Services will address any potential public health <br /> problems. <br /> -6- <br />
