CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-29 <br /> Chiappe <br /> i Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-29 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on June 17, 1997, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> F This approval will expire on December 17, 1998, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division <br /> for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL: A Notice of Non-renewal for all parcels below the 10-acre <br /> "minimum parcel size will also be initiated by San Joaquin County in conjunction with the <br /> :contract.
