INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this project is to split off eight 40 acre parcels and an unsurveyed remainder acre
parcels from two existing parcels. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development
Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR)is being submitted for
application with the tentative map. A Condition of Approval for the Minor Subdivision
will require percolation tests and groundwater tests from the wells (nitrates and DBCP). Those
results will be included in the Soils Suitability Report.
The dividing of the two parcels into smaller parcels is the only known use at this time.
