SA-01-83 OF <br /> LM STEVEN & LORI FELTEN. A Site Approval application to establish an off- <br /> site wine cellar. This includes the use of an existing 2,400 square foot building <br /> for storage of approximately 2,500 cases of wine. Wine is produced off-site at <br /> another location. Located on the west side of Alpine Road, 800 feet south of <br /> Realty Road, east of Lodi (APN: 049-200-21; Address: 15887 N.
