The proposed project consists of a 7,500 square foot warehouse, <br /> 5,000 square foot office and sales area, 12,000 square foot shell building for future lease area, a <br /> 3,375 square foot palletized dry storage area, and a swimming pool display area. The project site <br /> is located on the northeast side of Moffat Blvd, 700 feet northwest of Austin Road, Manteca <br /> (APN 243-200-39).
