Owner must verify the location of all septic tanks and leach-fields areas on site. Existing <br /> septic systems must meet stat back requirements. All septiclanks and leach-fields areas must <br /> he exposed and inspected by the Envirunmental Health Department so that the locations of <br /> the septic systems can be documented (Stun Joaquin County Development-fide, Section <br /> 91105.2). A consultation inspection shall be performed by the Frivirollmental Health <br /> Department upon pay ment of the associated fee. <br /> R. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental I lealth Department is required at the time of development for each parcel (San <br /> Joaquin County Decelupment Title, Section 9-1115.3).
