CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-03-187 <br /> Townsend <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03-187 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on May 22, 2003, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on November 20, 2004, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Ray Hoo, 468-3164) <br /> a APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> April 21, 2001 <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. DEMOLITION PERMIT: The three existing houses and septic system shown on the map shall be <br /> removed under permit from the Building Inspection Division prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See the attached memo dated April 30, 2003.) <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Seethe attached memo dated May 6, 2003.) <br /> 4.
