The project site is located on the
northwest corner of Moffat Blvd. and Woodward Avenue, south of Manteca.
Transportation Planning has circulated the above referenced project through our interdepartmental
review process. Caltrans comments are as follows:
• Traffic impacts fees should be collected on a "fair share" basis for future improvements at SR
99 and Austin Road interchange.
• All Final Conditions of Approval should be forwarded to Caltrans District Planning in order
to monitor approved local development and implementation of agreed upon mitigation
measures.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this project further please contact me at (209) 948-
3975, or e-mail cyamzon@dot.ca.gov. or Chris Sayre of my staff at (209) 948-7142, or e-mail
csayrenadot.ca.gov.
Sincerely,
CA]t P.
