CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-59 <br /> Barton,et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01-69 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on September 10,2001,which is the effective date of approval. _. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 12,2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor.. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated August 10,2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: The following lot size regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of 2 acres. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-010.2) <br /> 2.
