Box 1508 DEPARTMENT <br /> Lodi, CA 95241 <br /> Dear Owner: <br /> Re: One-year Time Extension Request for a Previously Approved Use Permit Application No. PA-1300105 <br /> of Anthony Alegre (c/o Kevin Swanson) (APN/Address: 055-160-23, -25/5484 West State Route 12 <br /> Highway, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On October 3, 2019, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved a One-year Time <br /> Extension for a previously approved Use Permit application No. PA-1300105. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors by any <br /> interested party. Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee <br /> of$648.00. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 13, 2019. If this date falls on a weekend <br /> of holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all of the original Conditions of Approval by July 2, <br /> 2020, the new expiration date.
