Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters 11A and 11 B <br /> of the California Building Code. <br /> 5. A minimum of twenty-one(21)truck parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> 6. Spaces shall be a minimum of fifty(50)feet in length and twelve (12)feet in width and shall have <br /> a minimum height clearance of fourteen (14)feet. (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> 7. Spaces shall be provided and maintained on the same lot as the commercial or industrial use. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c][2]) <br /> 8. Spaces shall not interfere with vehicular circulation or parking, or with pedestrian circulation. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c][3]) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][1]) <br /> 2. Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The design of the <br /> driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without entering into the opposing lane <br /> of traffic(Development Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> 3. Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty-five (65) feet. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-505.7[d]) <br /> 4. Adequate maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be located on the site <br /> of the truck terminal. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[e]) <br /> 5. Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five (55) feet wide. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.6[d][2]) <br /> 6. All truck traffic associated with the truck terminal project shall exit the project site using De <br /> Broggi Road to Star Road for access to State Route (SR) 12. No direct access to State Route <br /> (SR) 12 is permitted from the proiect site at Flap City Boulevard. The project applicant shall <br /> also supply the truck operators with a notice or flyer of the designated project site access routes, <br /> and include additional on-site signage at the entrance/exit of the project site informing the truck <br /> operators of the access routes excluding direct access to State Route 12 from Flag City <br /> Boulevard. <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following; <br /> 1. If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2. Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7. <br /> PA-1300105 (UP, TE) Conditions of Approval 2 <br />
