Increased traffic flow on and off Mokelumne Street. Only adds to county
Redirecting traffic to Mokelumne Street.
2. Additional waste-water funneled into over-worked sewer system.
3. Increase of disruptive and annoying noise.
4. Prime area for loitering and harboring a criminal element.
5. Prime location got graffiti.
6. Neighboring property is primarily residential leading to possible confrontations.
7. Late evening disruption to residents due to noise and lighting at commercial site.
8. General operation of proposed car wash usually is unattended and unsupervised.
9. This commercial business will only add to existing over-burdened parking
problems.
10. Washing of cars will create hazardous waste with oil and tar residue.
If this project is referred to the Planning Commission for a public hearing, we the
following do wish to be notified of the hearing date.
