The property shall transfer to a zone within Woodbridge Lighting District prior to recording the Parcel Map <br /> to provide for the operation,maintenance, and improvement of street lighting facilities. A new assessment <br /> for the zone shall be approved by the property owners prior to approval of the Parcel Map. The assessment <br /> for the new zone shall be based on the cost for: maintenance,operation, system improvements, and any <br /> replacement program of facilities within Woodbridge Lighting District . The applicant shall pay for the cost <br /> to process the transfer and assessment for the new zone. In addition,the applicant shall pay for the <br /> maintenance and operation of the system from the time the facilities are accepted by the District until the <br /> transferred area is placed on the assessment role of the District. (Development Title Section 9-1100.5) <br /> 7. Annexation of the development into Mokelumne Acre Maintenance District for storm drainage and water <br /> shall be required. A fee shall be required to process the annexation prior to recording the Parcel Map . <br /> 8. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> recording the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> 9.
