Mondy Lane,Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. 'hese requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated June 18, 2002 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted (to address <br /> any changes from the date of the original report to the present)to the Environmental <br /> Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> *acceptance of the application and recordation of Final Map/Parcel Map (San Joaquin <br /> 3 <br /> I ' County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and <br /> a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department_ <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> NOTE: A Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated January 14, 2003, has been <br /> Ot submitted to the Environmental Health Department and not approved yet. <br /> Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> <Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MR fl <br />
