Well casing is open with a rusted through inverted can over <br /> the top of the casing.Well casing is accessible without need of a tool and contaminates may enter through holes of can. <br /> The nature of the public health violation(s)is(are)checked below: <br /> Garbage/Refuse Storage or Disposal (San Joaquin County Solid Waste Ordinance Code, Sections 5-2400, 5-2402, <br /> and 5-2403). <br /> Sewage Disposal {San Joaquin County Development Title 9, Section 9-1110.9. <br /> Rats/Mice(San Joaquin County Ordinance Code 1481 &2896,Section Code 5-2801). <br /> Flies(San Joaquin County Ordinance Code 1481 &2896,Section 5-2801). <br /> Cockroaches(Health and Safety Code Division 3,Sections 2800&2800.5). <br /> Dog Droppings(San Joaquin County Solid Waste Ordinance,Sections 5-2400,5-2402,and 5-2403). <br /> X Abandon Well (San Joaquin County Development Title 9, Section 9-1115.5 - 9-1115.9)Abandoned Well located <br /> at this site. <br /> COMMENTS: Well no longer functions as originally designed and has fallen into a state of disuse or disrepair that it may <br /> become a source of impairment to the ground water quality, constitutes a safety hazard, it must be destroyed under a <br /> well destruction permit.
