MINOR SUBDIVISION PRE-APPLICATION NO. MS-00-31 OF <br /> CM PATRICK D. CRAIG ETAL(CIO SIEGFRIED ENGINEERING INC.). <br /> A Minor Subdivision pre-application to subdivide three existing parcels to <br /> result in parcel one to contain 1.04-acres; parcel two to contain 0.5 acres; <br /> parcel three to contain 0.68 acres-, and parcel four to contain 0.67-acres. <br /> Located at the southern terminus of Moreing Road, Country Club area, <br /> Stockton. (APN: 121-030-15; Address: 2033 N. Moreing Road, Stockton). <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Patrick Craig, owner; Steve Thumlert, Siegfried Engineering <br /> Inc., were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin presented the project. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that the General Plan designation for the site is RIL <br /> (Residential Low Density) which allows for density range of 2 to 6 lots per gross acre. <br /> Therefore, the lots cannot be more than half an acre in size, and no smaller than approximately <br /> 6000-sq. feet. <br /> Mr. Martin reviewed the memo with the applicants. <br /> Mr. Thumlert said that he would like to do a combination of a Lot Line Adjustment and Minor <br /> Subdivision that would be recorded with the parcel map. Mr. Martin indicated that he would <br /> review that issue. <br /> Mr. Martin and staff discussed the secondary access issue with the applicants.
