r ■ <br /> �/ 4I <br /> . EKECUTII�E SUMMARY <br /> The EDR-Transaction Screen Map Report is a screening tool which maps sites with potential liability <br /> or existing environmental liabilities. Specified government databases are searched in accordance with <br /> ASTM Standard E 1528-96. <br /> The ASTM E 1528-96 Transaction Screen property due diligence standard consists of tour major <br /> components:a government records check,an historical inquiry, an owner/occupant questionnaire, and a <br /> site 'survey.This report contains the results of the government records search on the target property <br /> and surrounding area in accordance with the government records search requirements of the ASTM E <br /> 1528-96 standard. <br /> The results of the government records search in accordance with QUESTIONS 21 and 22(page 12)of the <br /> standard indicated the following: <br /> QUESTION 21 <br /> Do any of the following Federal government record systems list the property or any property within the <br /> circumference of the area noted below: <br /> National Priorities List(NPL) ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1 Mile <br /> CERCLIS List ❑ on the property ❑ Within 112 Mile <br /> RCRA-CORRACTS Facilities ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1 Mile <br /> RCRA-TSD Nan-CORRACTS Facilities ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1/2 Mile <br /> QUESTION 22 <br /> Do any of the following state government record systems list the property or any property within the <br /> circumference of the area noted be/ow- <br /> AWP(State equivalent to NPL) ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1 Mile <br /> CA Bond Expenditure Plan(State equivalent to NPL) ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1 Mile <br /> State equivalent to NPL ❑ on the property ❑ Within i Mile <br /> Cal-Sites(State equivalent to CERCLIS) ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1/2 Mile <br /> Toxic Pits(State equivalent to CERCLIS) ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1/2 Mile <br /> WMUDS/SWAT(State equivalent to CERCLIS) ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1/2 Mile <br /> Leaking Underground Storage Tank List(LUST) ❑ on the property ® Within 1/2 Mile <br /> SWIS(Solid Waste/Landfill Facilities) ❑ on the property ❑ Within 1/2 Mile <br /> In accordance with Section 5.6(page 9)of ASTM E 1528-96,if the answer is(yes)or unknown,then the <br /> user will have to decide what further action, if any,is appropriate.Answers should be evaluated in light of <br /> the other information obtained in the transaction screen process. if the user decides no further inquiry is <br /> warranted, the rationale must be documented. if the user decides that further inquiry is warranted, it may <br /> be necessary to contact an environmental professional. <br /> Additional Research-Non-ASTM Government Databases <br /> To provide additional information which may assist in the assessment of other components of the ASTM <br /> E 1528-96 Transaction Screen,EDR also searches government databases not included in Questions 21 <br /> and 22 of ASTM E 1528-96. For example, by searching the state underground storage tank database <br /> (UST), it may be possible to find out if there is a registered storage tank on the target property. <br /> This information may be useful in completing the owner/occupant questionnaire, particularly Question <br /> 10. <br /> The results of the search of these additional government records indicated affirmative(yes)responses on <br /> the target property for the following government databases: <br /> No affirmative responses found in the non-ASTM E 1528-96 government databases. <br /> TC509546.1s EXECUTIVE SUMMARY t <br />
