LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the fallowing: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) A solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height shall be erected along the South <br /> property line. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][11) <br /> h. SIGNS: This approval does not include any new signs or changes in signs. Any such <br /> changes shall meet the requirements of the Development Title. <br /> i. OAK TREE REPLACEMENT: Oak trees removed as a result of this permit shall be <br /> replaced as specified in the 'Trees' chapter of the Development Title. Compliance with <br /> that chapter shall be demonstrated on the site plan. If an oak tree to be removed is a <br /> 'Native Oak' as defined in the Development Title, it shall be replaced by a minimum of <br /> three oak trees or acoms. Replacement stock shall be planted between October 1, 1996, <br /> and December 31, 1996. The trees shall be maintained for a minimum of three years. <br /> Trees shall be planted as near as possible to the location of the removed tree. <br /> (Development Titfe Section 9-1505.4) <br /> 2.
