Thomas M. Gau 2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-96-33 (SECOND REVISION) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and pavable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $151.96 <br /> per additional daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record.) Contact the Department of Public <br /> Works Public Facilities Division ((209) 468-3055) for any alternate method of payment <br /> allowed for expansions. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-174 and R-95-650) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The <br /> fee currently is 5312 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial. <br /> The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year <br /> 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolution R-91-327) <br /> Note: The existing retention pond shall be enlarged to allow for any additional drainage <br /> created by this development.
