APN: 092-260-08 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Moreland Court has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. Hammer Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 95 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The frontage improvements, including median, for Hammer Lane shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of the street as required by the adopted <br /> specific plan. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit <br /> equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement <br /> Plan. A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate and legal description shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of$115.00. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br />
