SA-96-33 <br /> SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HAMMER LANE AND MORELAND COURT: <br /> 7700 NORTH MORELAND COURT <br /> The City of Stockton has reviewed the subject application and offers the following comments: <br /> I. The northern most driveway on Moreland Court should be abandoned. <br /> I <br /> '_. Frontage improvements including, but not limited to curb, gutter, and sidewalk installation, <br /> pavement widening, and street light installation shall be installed prior to occupancy of any <br /> buildings on this site. Should installation of these improvements prove not practical due to <br /> existing physical constraints, the owner/deveioper shall enter into a Deferred Improvement <br /> Agreement whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required improvements at <br /> such time as it is practical. <br /> 3. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> GREGG S.
