..0-0 <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA -0200368 <br />McDonald/Booth <br />Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA -0200368 was approved by the Community <br />Development Department on September 5, 2002, which is the effective date of approval. <br />This approval will expire on March 6, 2004, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br />approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of <br />Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' Act <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br />approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br />1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kimberly Wallace, 468-0816) <br />a) APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site <br />Plan dated August 8, 2002. <br />b ) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br />recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br />the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br />forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br />prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br />Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act; or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br />(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br />C) LOT SIZE & WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply: <br />i) Parcel one and two shall have a minimum lot width of 150 -feet.
