<br /> 1. Add$250 per parcel as authorized by AD 1159(Assessors Administrative Costs).
<br /> 1. When Development Agreements are prepared by consultants the fee shall equal the consultants cost plus an administrative percentage
<br /> equal to the amounts listed under EIR's.

<br /> application fee normally charged for the application,up to a maximum of five hundred dollars($500)over the
<br /> application fee normally charged.
