Mossdale Road,Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> B. Prior to issuance of Building Permit(s), state on revised site plans the maximum number of <br /> employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, <br /> show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Per site inspection dated 02/16/2007, the existing sewage disposal system is not in used due <br /> to lack of approved water source. <br /> C. Prior to occupancy, connect to the existing individual sewage disposal system(s)under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Prior to occupancy, construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental <br /> Health Department or connect to existing well. Should the number of non-resident <br /> individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> MH:ti <br />
