If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4: 30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions <br /> of Approval by December 16, 1996. If you have not complied with <br /> the Conditions of Approval and initiated the use by that date, this <br /> approval will expire, and the project cannot proceed.
