Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be complied with prior to <br /> the approval of the Parcel Map- <br /> A. Prior to recordation of parcel map, Oakwood Lake Water District shall obtain written <br /> approval that the Wastewater treatment plant has or will have the capacity to serve the i <br /> development from�the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(b). <br /> B. Connection to a public sewer system operated by the Oakwood Lake Water District is <br /> required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> C. This project shall be provided with public water service from Oakwood Lake Water District <br /> at the time of Parcel Map recordation.
