BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-15-182 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFIC PLAN III AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. <br /> PA-1500115 FOR THE MOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY AND REVISIONS OF <br /> APPROVED ACTIONS FOR MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NOS. PA-0500144, <br /> PA-0500145,AND PA-0600641 <br /> --- -- -------- <br /> WHEREAS,on October 1,2015,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December$,201 ,tTiis�oar3 of•`Supervisois did conduct a piib7ic--- --- — _ -- <br /> hearing on said matter,notice of said hearing having been given in accordance with law,and oral <br /> and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter,and this <br /> Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS,this Board of Supervisors found that an Initial Study Checklist was prepared <br /> and it was determined that the project would not have a significant impact on the environment <br /> and a Negative Declaration was approved ;and <br /> WHEREAS,this Board of Supervisors determined that the three Revisions of Approved <br /> Actions applications for the major subdivisions would include a condition that already exists for <br /> other tentative map conditions for Specific Plan II,that no other conditions are being changed, <br /> and that approval of these Revisions of Approved Actions for the Major Subdivision applications <br /> would not alter the right,title,or interest in the real property affected; and <br /> WHEREAS,this Board of Supervisors determined that said Specific Plan III Amendment <br /> is consistent with the General Plan and the Public Financing Plan and does not adversely affect <br /> the Jobs/Housing Program and housing affordability and meets all applicable provisions of the <br /> Mountain House Development Agreement based on the Bases for Specific Plan III Amendment <br /> contained in the staff report; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that: <br /> 1. The Specific Plan III Amendment for the Mountain House New Community is hereby <br /> amended by approval of the following: <br /> SPECIFIC PLAN III AMENDMENT NO. PA-1500115with the Bases for Specific <br /> Plan III Amendment provided by Attachment "A",and with said Specific Plan III <br /> Amendment provided by Exhibit"A"and Exhibit`B", attached hereto and made a part <br /> of this Resolution. <br /> I <br />
