CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> -- - - PA-1600253 (LA) <br /> MOUNTAIN HOUSE INVESTORS, LLC/MCKAY AND SOMPS <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1600253 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on November 30, 2016, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on June 1, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: John Funderburg, [209]468-3160) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application between two parcels as shown <br /> on the site plan dated October 27, 2016. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by the <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
