Hazardous Materials: The applicant shall follow the recommendations of the Limited Phase <br /> 11 Environmental Site Assessment and Summary of Project to Date—Machado Property <br /> prepared by Neil O.Anderson&Associates, Inc., dated November 16,2005. <br /> Timing: Improvement Plans shall be checked by CCD and County Environmental Health <br /> Department. Corrective actions shall be taken prior to the recordation of a Final Map or the <br /> issuance of a grading permit for the affected area, whichever occurs first. <br /> 31. Hazardous Waste: Handling, use and storage of hazardous chemicals or materials <br /> including, but not limited to, asbestos shall be carried out in compliance with all applicable <br /> safety standards and coordinated County programs. Applicable standards shall be made part <br /> of the construction specifications for contractors. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of note on Improvement Plans approved by San Joaquin Valley Unified Air <br /> Pollution Control District and MHCSD prior to approval of Final Maps. <br /> 32. Pre-Construction Safeguards. Prior to any construction, appropriate plans, operating <br /> procedures and safeguards shall be undertaken to insure safety in the area of fuel lines and <br /> pipelines, consistent with the MHCSD Emergency Preparedness Plan(see Emergency <br /> Pipelines Safety Plan). <br /> 7 <br />
