order to implement the Existing Approvals and Reserved Discretionary Approvals, Developer <br /> shall have the right to prevent or prohibit the use of the Property, or any portion thereof, <br /> including common areas and buildings and improvements located thereon, by any Person for any <br /> purpose inimical to the operation of a private, integrated project as contemplated by this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 9.3 Construction of Agreement.
