ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST <br /> 4.4 BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br /> L The proposed Machado property project would not conflict with any relevant policies or <br /> ordinances of the San Joaquin County General Plan and Development Title. Policies related <br /> to protection of sensitive biological resources will be addressed through the applicant's <br /> participation in the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space <br /> ` Plan. The project would comply with the relevant sections of the MHMP and Specific Plan <br /> IH. Pre-construction surveys and compliance with applicable Incidental Take Avoidance <br /> Measures of the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space <br /> Plan would be required. Compliance with these policies would result in less-than- <br /> significant impacts. <br /> L Mitigation Measures <br /> No mitigation measures are required. <br /> i <br /> L f Conflict with the provisions of an adopted Habitat Conservation Plan, Natural <br /> Community Conservation Plan or other approved local, regional, or state habitat <br /> Lconservation plan? <br /> The proposed project would not conflict with any adopted Habitat Conservation Plan,Natural <br /> Community Conservation,or other approved conservation plan. The San Joaquin County <br /> L Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan was adopted by the County to <br /> provide for the long-term management of plant, fish, and wildlife species. The proposed <br /> L project is located within land areas covered by the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat <br /> Conservation and Open Space Plan and, as such, the applicant will participate in the plan and <br /> comply with the Incidental Take Avoidance Measures to ensure compliance.
