The purpose of our Phase 1 <br /> work was to evaluate the property for evidence of potential soil and groundwater <br /> contamination resulting from current and/or former site activities. <br /> Our Phase lwork was authorized August 27, 2004,by Mr. Gerry Kamilos with Gerry <br /> N. Kamilos, LLC. The Phase 1 site assessment aspects of this report have been <br /> prepared in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials(ASTM) <br /> Standard E 1527-00 for Environmental Assessments.
