Diesel from the right <br /> side tank was released onto the road and into the ditch at the southwest area of the intersection of Mountain House <br /> Parkway and Grant Line Rd. <br /> OES PERSONNEL ACTIVATED DATE/TIME INITIALLY AT SCENE/EOC <br /> DATE TIME <br /> OES 5 (A.Bentley) 2/18/2003 1932 <br /> -- FIRE DISTRICT JOINT TEAM ACTIVATED MEMBERS ON SCENE <br /> 09 Tracy NO <br /> H DATEITIME ACTIVATED <br /> HAZMAT IDENTIFICATION SOURCES MITIGATION/REMOVAL ACTIONS <br /> PERSONNEL REFERENCE MATERIAL Roadway and ditch area sanded by San Joaquin County Public <br /> 40 On-Site Non-Fire No Reference Material Works. Cleanup to be completed by removal of absorbed material <br /> Services Used in ditch. <br /> SUMMARY OF ACTIONS TAKEN BY OES PERSONNEL <br /> OES responded to the scene and met with Environmental Health(Harlin Knoll)and CHP(Officer James Pang). <br /> Approximately 75-80 gallons of diesel was spilled onto the roadway and into the ditch. OES(Art Bentley)and EHS <br /> G (Harlin Knoll)work to get responsible party information and stabilize the incident,so the road could be reopened. The <br /> road was re-opened at approx 2135. The cleanup will be completed on Thursday by removing the sand with absorbed <br /> diesel.
