October 12,2005
NOA Project Number.E05120B
Page 2
State Water Resources Board (916-341-5669)-NOA spoke with Dwaine Little on October 5,
2005. Mr.Little stated that his agency only regulates tanks above 1,320 gal. He did not have
any records on file for the subject property.
L
• San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services(209-468-3962)-NOA spoke with Dentis
Fields on October 5,2005. Mr. Fields indicated that a facility enrolled in the Farm Program
r. would need to go through a change-of-address procedure to move the tank, but he had no
records on file for the subject property. He recommended that the owners register the new
site of the tank through the Farm Program by contacting the Agricultural Commissioner's
ir. Office and completing a one-page form.
NOA visited the subject property on October 6,2005 to inspect the removal of the above-ground
r storage tank. West Coast Equipment lifted the tank and stand separately and transported them off
the subject property. No leakage or spills were observed. The procedure took approximately 1.5
hours because of logistical difficulties with transporting the tank stand Two photographs which
r document the tank removal are attached. NOA was not involved in the transportation of the tank
or its placement at the new location.
We hope this letter provides the documentation you require regarding the tank removal- Please feel
free to contact our office if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
I
cco
Envir ental Specialist
r,
'00,64
