Other requirements may pply- <br /> nnot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department(Department)has reviewed a Surface/Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report (SSCR) dated October 17,2005. Because over six months has elapsed <br /> since the preparation of the SSCR and because the report references two other studies for <br /> which the results were not indicated in the SSCR(possible Shell Oil pipeline contamination <br /> and a Phase II Dairy Investigation), an addendum must be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Department prior to recordation of the Final Map. In addition any remediation/cleanups <br /> required by the Department shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Department prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. <br /> B. The Machado Tentative Map shall comply with the Specific Plan In in regards to public <br /> services and contaminated site mitigation issues. <br /> C, open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D.
